That ticket isnt bookable. It errors out on the next screen. You must have a 24 hour layover in IST in order to make these fares work.

Value can be found for European visitors who want to visit both Asia and North America if they can build in big stopovers. Miles accumulation is also large as it's a long trip like Asia to Europe with America tagged on. Not for me but stonking deal
