AM: SFO-MEX $436 RT in Business. Other cities a bit more

Hit or miss availability, but can get it on AM's site if you hunt for it:

Books into I.

$435 SFO-MEX-SFO nonstop RT

Other secondary markets a bit more (e.g., SFO-MEX-AGU, AGU-MEX-SFO for $489).

Can book through Delta as well.

AM is slow to load on Google Flights, so prices don't always show right on the calendar display. The availability is there, but you have to try dates without Google's help.

$493 on Delta, connecting in SLC. i would MUCH rather take Delta for their soft product. AM is horrendous in soft product. Hard product about even between the two.

I disagree with your totals.

Here is what they should earn:

SFO-LAX 337 Air Miles, Minimum 500
LAX-MEX 1,553 Air Miles
MEX-LAX 1,553 Air Miles
LAX-SFO 337 Air Miles, Minimum 500

So you would get 4,106 Miles X 2 for I Class Fare, you get 8,212 Miles,

A Delta Member (no status) would earn 8,212 SkyMiles
A Diamond Medallion Would Earn 13,139 SkyMiles
A Platinum Medallion Would Earn 11,497 SkyMiles
A Gold Medallion Would Earn 10,676 SkyMiles
A Silver Medallion Would Earn 9,854 SkyMiles

All Medallion Members would earn 6,159 MQM’s (1.5 X 4,106) and $1,642.4 MQD’s (.40 X 4,106)

I use GCMap data that fills into a spreadsheet and then does the calculation.

The 500 mile minimum might have created some issues...
Thanks, for the multiplier data , I'll add it into a future version of the tool...

I have several spreadsheets--basically one for every major carrier out there...you can use an IF statement (that's what I do) for segments that do not meet the minimum:

=IF(logical_test, value_if_true, value_if_false)

I also scrape the segment data from GCMAP, so we are thinking along the same lines...

Hope that helps...

Glad I saw this late last night and was able to snag 3 (of 6 total tickets needed) for trip to MEX in late November for trip on LH to CDG that had pretty decent sale several months ago.
