DL: NYC-CUN in Business $440
This is a Delta business fare from New York to Cancun, available through end-of-schedule. Various routings are possible. I am having trouble searching directly on delta.com or linking there from Google Flights, but OTAs seem to work. Getting to delta.com with ITA Matrix and PowerTools is fine as well.

The best routing for this is NYC-MSP-CUN, which generates just over 8,000 MQM and could almost be MQM run-worthy at $440. Unfortunately, most of those routings require an overnight in MSP on the outbound bar one date on the calendar, as far as I can tell.
