OTA - buyer beware
Did u book SIN-LAX (travel between 7 November to 5 December 2018) for USD1,000? That's about the same price as on the SQ website - I'd always book direct.

Yes, I just contacted TK, and confirmed that No miles for R class of SQ, and No miles for AS too. It seems that R class is a new one to SQ and only for the extra long flights to US. I booked the tickets for TK MR, and not refundable, so sad.

Do note that 'R' booking class can't be upgraded from PE to Business, incase any of you are thinking about that. P, S and T booking classes can be, using Krisflyer miles.
