I can hardly fail to get this rate in December! e.g. https://goo.gl/flights/Xxckf but literally almost any outbound and return date pairing is coming up at this price on Google flights for me.

I am playing with the site and you also have a great deal for CDG-MNL at around ~1250€/pax.
