EK/AS: DEL to Hawaii in Business $2,730

Emirates has business-class fares from India to the US for around $2,550-$2,750, including Hawaii. For Hawaii, flights departing DEL seem to be the cheapest at ~$2,730. You can connect in SFO or LAX rather than SEA to get the A380. The fare is bookable on the Emirates website.

Example: DEL-KOA 11/14-11/21 -- $2,734 on emirates.com

Credited to Alaska, the above would earn around 37k EQM and 56k RDM before elite bonuses, if my calculations are correct. Book by May 11.

Nice fare

I'm seeing EY $2700 DEL to LAX in J as well

Also Star Alliance has Air China flights for around $2100 and LX/UA/LH flights for under $2300.

I believe HNL, OGG, and LIH are allowed on this fare as well.

For more routing options (and lie-flat seats), you can forfeit some of the EQM/RDM and fly HA from/to the mainland rather than AS.

It's good to be 75K. I can't get this to price with the purchasing city as HNL - the O class fares are in the 3999++ including EK's outrageous YQ but isn't terrible ex-US.

Also, if you can fly in the next month or so I'd fly "VX" (AS) instead of HA on the return, unless it's HA4 redeye to LAX which you'll need the flat bed. Old VX is a lot of fun and it's still the same awesome crew and relatively the same service and f&b.

i'm trying to route via LAX and SEA, so it seems my only option to HI is to KOA.

I see what you mean. If it helps, SFO-SEA-HNL/OGG is an option.

wow...thanks for the heads up. I'm still not sure if I should pull the trigger.

have you tried pricing something through LAX/SFO and SEA on EK.com or os PL or any other OTA required? I've only managed to price this out on EK.com when I do search without a double-USA connection.

The multi-city search at emirates.com worked great for me, including for itineraries with two US connections. Make sure you are leaving enough connection time. Also make sure you are not selecting any codeshares -- only EK and AS flight numbers.

ugh, my outbound date in July that i wanted is now GONE for both LAX-SEA and SFO-SEA routings O-fare code space is so sparse in July.

Just curious, have you tried routing this via IAH? I've tried but the EK fare books in I thus blowing up the price. Yet, EF shows O space for the dates I'm using. I wonder why ITA is not picking up the O-space.

The regular fare from DEL/HNL is around 2800/2900 by ANA/UA. And a 10 hr shorter flight.

Not it sure if you can stop over in Tokyo.
