How do you mean? Those numbers are for a RT TUN-JNB-PHL/PHL-JNB-TUN (with stops in DOH between each city). If you do an OJ, earnings (and price) are exactly half.

No-one has yet provided a link and/or screenshot for TUN-...-NYC/PHL roundtrip.
If such a thing exists (especially if there's an embedded DOH-JNB-DOH) then I and no doubt many others would be very interested...
