GA:LHR-DPS in F, 2739€
Hey,
currently looking for cheap premium fares to Bali for my honeymoon in September.
Besides the QR deal from HEL also stumbled upon this on Google flights: https://www.google.de/flights/#searc...DPS1GA412;sc=f
5/9 - 22/9/17
LHR-CGK (via SIN) - DPS
GA First, 2739€
(no travelpartner deal)
Not a great but still solid deal in my opinion. Eventhough Garuda is allowed back in the EU again I still have a weird feeling. Would forget about that for a great deal in F though

For your honeymoon all the way to the destination in 777 in GA F for under 3k I would not even blink. Don't get me wrong, QR J is not bad at all but for a honeymoon trip I'd go with GA F with that price/convenience difference.

Only September?
Has anybody seen any dates outside of September? I've been playing around with various websites for about an hour, and I can't find anything past the month of September......

However, it wasn't too long ago that Garuda was banned from EU airspace, though as part of a blanket ban on Indonesian airlines.
I wouldn't hesitate to fly with them and intra-Indonesia, would probably be the only airline I'd fly...

Had a chance to play around - fun fare!
Also available to SIN for EUR2,720; CGK EUR2,715. Some further flung domestic destinations also available for the EUR2,900-ish mark (LBJ for Komodo, for example).
J available to several destinations for around EUR1,700.

I flew GA in F LHR-CGK in December, it was amazing. Service was outstanding, both on the ground in LHR and CGK plus the crew in the air was one of the best I've had on any airline. Also I scored in being the only person in F too. Here's a post on the flight http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/27718926-post15.html

I've done several intra-Asia trips from SIN to CGK and DPS over the past few years, mostly in J, and have no reason to not consider them to be a 5* airline.
I hear very good things about their long haul products from friends and also from some crew members I've chatted with during my short flights; no first hand experience though.
