AZ sale ex-UK 14-18 Apr
20% discount on all AZ worldwide fares ex-UK in biz produces some good fares.
Travel is limited to 3 May - 10 July, but saves any positioning for UK FTers. I booked LON-FCO-SCL roundtrip for 1529 GBP which I thought was very reasonable.
Requires booking via the Alitalia UK website and using the discount code UP2UK once you've selected your flights.

Same offer (different code, though) applicable to business class fares on flights originating from Warsaw (WAW) via Rome (positioning to WAW would be a relatively cheap arrangement from most European airports, mostly given the number of LCC services operating to and from both Okęcie & Modlin, WMI). SCL in July costed myself & the Mrs just a bit less than 2.6K in total. I flew the very same route with work a couple of weeks ago and, despite some negative past experiences, the overall product (Casa Alitalia lounge in Rome, on-board service with outstanding food and the seat) was definitely worth it.

After the Florence to Dus fiasco around Christmas it's hard to jump on any al-Italia fares. At least I got my money back but still no notice just blanket cancellations. Errors happen but they could have definitely handled it better.

I agree...I'm still waiting for one of the 2 tickets I bought then to be refunded. I had to think very hard before spending any more money with AZ, but at least these fares are serious ones, and I'm keen to give their product a try.
