RTM/AMS to USA, €1420 upwards in J (BA/AA/IB/AY)
Amsterdam or Rotterdam to O'Hare, from approx €1420 upwards.
To YYZ from €1430 upwards (1400 upwards on EI, aka non-oneworld)
To YUL/YOW from €1430 upwards.
To BOS from €1520 upwards
To ATL from €1530 upwards (Jan 2017)
To PHL from €1550 upwards.
To DFW from €1560 upwards.
To IAD from €1580 upwards.
To MIA from €1620 upwards.
To YVR from €1654 upwards.
To NYC from €1660 upwards.
To SEA from €1780 upwards.
To SFO from €1950 upwards.
Available this very weekend, if you are free to drop everything!
Available on a combination of oneworld carriers, via PHL, LHR, MAD, HEL, or DUB (Aer Lingus as a BA codeshare, AMS/DUB sectors in Economy only - but you can pre-clear USCBP at DUB).
From Rotterdam, usually a few Euro cheaper. This requires a change from LCY to LHR - but this could be handy for those wanting to "drop" the last sector and still get their bags back.
ORD seems to be the cheapest US destination - NYC comes in about €200 higher, but still checking.
On some OTAs - beware - they offer up combinations where some economy sectors are thrown in, even on the TATL sectors.
Can be booked on the BA website, for example - where you will see it's about the same price as World Traveller Plus.
Seems available out to next summer (not checked if right to end of service).
No changes, no refunds [except for death of passenger], no cancellation. Saturday night stay required, max stay of 1 year (I think) (This sentence relates to the first fare I found, ORD. Having checked other destinations, I am finding random midweek one-night stops for these prices)
Don't forget to register for Triple Avios with BA if you fly before December!

Apologies - it does seem to still live on, though not as prevalent as last night. I checked the dates of a ticket I booked last night and it's gone up about €600. After more searching I've seen that on some dates AA still sells at the old rate while BA is back to the normal prices.
You can find the full fare rules on the Matrix, but I wouldn't leave it too long to book if you find something useful. I don't think this will stay for much longer.

SEA available for €1766. Can be routed with a TransCon and US domestic hop for 900TP. Looks like the fares are still there but with availability trimmed down. Outbound dates seem to be November 23-28.
