Ua/lh sfo-del ~ $2,750 p

I'm finding SFO - Delhi r/t in business (P) pricing at approximately USD $2,750 through January and February 2016. This is various combinations of UA metal to Frankfurt, then the LH A380 to and from Delhi.

Does not work on all UA, which prices about $3,900. Also does not appear to work to other LH destinations in India.

Already booked one four-day turn on January 1st as a quasi-MR; may book another to boost 2016 status.

First MR posting; thanks to all who post for the fantastic information from this site!

Great find! Just ran a search and I am finding similar fares that are often routing me via YYZ but interestingly enough good fares from YYZ have disappeared

Just be aware than P fares on LH only accrue 100% PQMs instead of the 150% on UA metal.

Edit: I should clarify, I'm specifically referring to crediting to UA.

Great find, I used google flites for the first time and found tatl ua metal both ways, sfo-fra. The flites did not show on United site search, strange. But Google pulled me thru to u/a and the flites showed up. $2,700. How does this happen? Many dates in March, April. But that was early this afternoon. Google flites is my BFF.

Both; for AC it's UA P = 150% AQM, LH P = 100% AQM

Looks like an incredible deal. Was able to find it. Thinking about booking it. That said, I do want to spend some time in europe on the tail end of the trip… is there any way to keep the cheap fare but add a stopover on the way back?

Good news: SFO-EWR-ZRH-DEL is also available for $10 more, but P on LX earns 150% PQM not 100% like on LH. + You get the 2 extra RPU from the new p.s. promo.

Can do a combo of economy on the outbound and business on the return, for $1720. Routing SFO-IAH-MUC-DEL-EWR-IAD-SFO on a combination of UA and LH. Dates are Jan 13-18, bookable on UA website. Hope this helps!

Is the new p.s. promo targeted or can anyone sign-up? Awesome deal if you can double dip

Targeted… but I have heard that people with the right link can sign up for it anyways. (Asks you to pick a promo + put in your MP number.)
