YVR-SIN $2468 on United

Why this business "P" fare to SIN is so much cheaper from YVR than SEA I do not understand--$2468 v. $4972.

I found the fare in July and August, but the rules say all year. Who knows how long this will last.

Per the fare rules, it should allow transpacific travel on UA marketed, NH operated flights.

Interesting that the fare rules also explicitly disallow NH-marketed, BR/SQ/TG-operated flights on some intra-Asia flights.

Excellent find! Almost the same price as an upgradable W or V fare in USD. I didn't catch it in the rules, but is there a stated expiry for this fare, or it runs end of schedule at this point?

For us USA folks, this is about 1,900USD...amazing fare with stopover options

The fares quoted here should be in USD already. The ANA at $2300 above is showing as $2930 CAD on Google flights Canada (connecting in HND, and angled seats both ways, bleh)

You don't have to fly on ANA's 787. If you wish to avoid the angle flat seats, fly YVR-SFO or YVR-DEN and then to Singapore on UA from there.

Price on either come to about $2900 CDN or $2300 USD. A good deal. I found plenty of availability on many routes in the summer. Didn't show up on ITA Matrix, but easily shows up on United.com

Geeze, for a new plane they sure chose a terrible product! It's as if this plane was supposed to be for regional flights or something, not long-haul like YVR-NRT/HND.

You can easily build a routing on ANA via SEA with AC prop connections from/to YVR. Ex-SEA you're on the ANA 787 with beautiful lie-flat seats.

In fact for those living in the Seattle area, you just need to start your trip in YVR (just take a bus or rental car one way) and the routing has a stopover in SEA on the way back where you will need to clear US immigration/customs anyway and claim your bag - after which just leave the airport, no need to continue to YVR.
