Which brings us to the wider problem with the TSA blog: it doesn't really seem to be providing the kind of two-way feedback we were originally hoping for. Instead it seems more like another outlet for press releases, albeit one where the writer tries extra-hard to be informal and on the level with readers.
In between posts pleading with readers for feedback, the blog has reminded readers that fake hand grenades aren't allowed on planes and that Clear customers can get bent for all anyone at TSA cares. That they do have time for.
