Since you passed and all rules should be in clear memory now, maybe you can answer my questions regarding the Passport Card from another thread that you didn't address there:
First you claim that the card is valid only in the continental US. So a traveler to Hawaii can not use it.
Then it is apparently valid for all domestic destinations in your second post (well, at least our Hawaii travelers can use it again) but you claim it is not valid if I am on an international itinerary.

I misspoke about the conus (Army time jumped up and bit me), it is valid for all domestic flights. The passport card is valid to get into all checkpoints. I was incorrect in the way I wrote it earlier (thanks for catching it)! If you are flying and need to get into any checkpoint staffed by TSA, the passport card is a valid ID. It will NOT, however, get you through customs if you are going to/entering from an international destination. I hope that clears up what I wrote earlier.
