Comment already entered re lack of any video surveillance at the gate versus at the checkpoint, thus making pax more vulnerable to TSA theft/intimidation with little recourse.

It means there's a new post on TSA's web-site, a veritable show program for the Kabuki theater some would pass off on us as airport security. The web-site is sardonically and dismissively known as Propaganda village, a reference to the North Korean habit of erecting sham villages to show how marvellous and happy life is in North Korea. Get the simile?

And, before you ask, a 'puppy post' is referring to a TSA-feel good (or so they think) post generally started on a Friday afternoon as a way to distract the Kettle's from the multitude of repeatedly asked, & repeatedly ignored, real questions posed. (Remember, PV was supposed to be a forum for 'dialogue' w/the traveling public over serious issues & concerns
).
And yes, the term was coined because of a real puppy post made on a Friday afternoon...
