I find it interesting that it took until nearly 5:30 pm EST for this to arrive for a piece they knew weeks ago was going to air. One would have thought it would have been posted first thing this morning, even if it is considered by most to be a 'holiday' week.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)
...Especially since 90% of Her Royal Spokesholess' blurb was simply a regurgitation of the segment comtents itself.
Let's give it to her with both shoes...

At least they actually gave a mention on Bruce in the post, instead of that usual link along the homepage. And at least they're acknowledging that yes, some people view us as "theater."
So, IMO, this although majorly propaganda, it is less then usual... because since when does propaganda acknowledge critics.

Or, perhaps Ellen was busy polishing her resume or searching Monster.com?
Uh, the "Freedom Center"? I nearly spit my beverage out in a fit of laughter. Nothing but Freedom Fries and Freedom Toast in the canteen, no doubt.

You're right -- that's one of the oldest tricks in the book. Look for others either in the blog or on the TSA or DHS web site on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, or either Friday after the holidays.

Among other things, the "Freedom Center" is the place Inspector Clouseau calls when you show up without an approved ID and they start asking you about your political party registration.

I also posted a question. Of course the occupants of the Freedom Abatement Center are probably hiding out or dodging shoes from Sinter Klaus who is on the no fly list.
Wouldn't want anyone connected with the Terrorist Support Agency putting in any overtime.
