Height of Efficiency

This AM doing my normal early morning Monday run through the gauntlet, the following was observed:

Two TSOs sitting at a table distributing 1qt Hefty bags. When someone took a bag, one TSO meticulously re-sorted the bags so they continued to 'look pretty'.
Two TSOs doing ID checks. The lines were normal for this time of AM and generally at this time, there are 4-5 TSOs checking IDs so things run efficiently. This AM, the crowds were normal, the ID checker count was not. Add to it, someone in front of me traversing without an ID ^ and it took 5 TSOs to figure out what they wanted to do with him. (overhearing the conversation, his wallet was stolen over the weekend and he presented the TSOs with a copy of the police report).
So the one and only time thru DEN that Clear would have been nice, it wouldn't have helped as they're not open this early...

So, how many TSOs does it take to distribute 1qt bags?

They didn't have their water wings on their shoulders and these two have been around for a bit - guessing I've seen these two for at least the last year.

No shoulder boards? Been around for awhile? Really bad trainees....

At DEN, the ID checkers are usually trainees. Not all the time, but usually. Pretty funny how some use the loupe AND the blacklight.

One didn't like my snickering a couple of months ago, almost got the buSSSSiness for it. I guess she wasn't fully versed in retaliation yet.

<approved ballon>if one TSO handing out KHIAI bags is good, two must be like 3 times as good</approved thinking>
