Hoiw does one get a pet fish to its new home across the country?

Also - imagine the fit they'd have if i tried to bring sea monkeys.

Ooh, good point. I forgot about that.

I'm sorry, Mr. TSA "Officer", but I can't condemn the millions of Lactobacilli in my yogurt to death.

:D

As a living entity, it better have it's own ID and BP. :D

So yogurt bad, Semtex good.

I had better not go to LOTFAP then, my stomach definitely loses its shape when it is tipped out. :p

Maybe the problem is that yoghurt is full of culture unlike those who make the decision as to whether or not it can travel.:D

I always knew that all passengers are a real threat to safe air travel. Hence passengers should be banned from air travel due to security concerns. :D

No problem as long as your fishy can survive a couple of hours in a water-filled TSA approved zippy-bag. The TSA will actually accept the living fish as proof that the liquid is just water. The problem comes when your fishy is too big for a zippy-bag.

Any update / rule change / clarification / etc on whether or not yogurt is acceptable to carry into the sterile area?

My experience over the last year or so is about 50% of the time I have no problems. The other half of the time it's not OK and I generally leave the screening area and eat the dangerous substance and then carry it through security again (this time in my stomach).
