TSA at MSY?

TSA at MSY?
Just out of curiosity, has anyone had any positive or negative experiences at MSY with the TSA?
I've been hearing repeatedly that people find the TSO to be on the better side when compared to elsewhere.

I generally find them courteous and professional with a dash of sterotypical Southern hospitality.
Only 2 "complaints" on a dozen or so interactions:
1. On one occasion they were training a doc inspector who needed an inordinate amount of time to inspect my US Passport.
2. I typically keep my KHIAI bag inside of a 1 gal bag with razor, toothbrush, etc to consolidate my toiletries and add an additional layer of protection, lest my toothpaste and shaving cream mix with oxygen and cause who know's what. I put the whole lot into the bin and was counseled on the 1 qt rule, despite it being patently obvious that my liquids were in fact inside of a 1qt bag.

I definately can understand both of those issues. Document checking operations at MSY have seriously improved, i'm happy to say. Still have a ways to go, but its slowly but surely getting there.
As for the quart size bag thing: Were they courtious at least?
