Runaway Gets on Flight Without a Problem

http://news.aol.com/story/_a/runaway...00010000000001

An Alaska mom is asking one airline to reconsider its policy after her 15-year-old daughter bought a ticket and boarded a plane without ever being asked to show her ID. The girl hadn't asked her parents' permission to fly.
Enjoy.

I don't see how this is the airline's problem. I know a lot of kids who have traveled by themselves at a young age. Granted, with parental permission, but still.

I don't see that TSA did anything wrong. They screened her and that was that. Barring an Amber Alert and then calling an LEO, what else could they do?

Kids do stupid things. ID wouldn't have done anything to prevent this. So it would have said OK, she's a 15 year old that's buying the ticket.

Sucks for the parents, and I'm glad they're being responsible and pressing charges against her. ^
