PROVIDENCE, RI (AP) - A baggage screener at T-F Green Airport is convicted of failing to disclose a prior job with Wal-Mart.

Prosecutors say John Riccio deliberately concealed his Wal-Mart job on a federal security questionnaire and didn't reveal that he had collected disability payments from the retailer.

Riccio had to fill out the questionnaire as part of his job as a baggage screener with the Transportation Security Administration.

Riccio is free on bond pending sentencing.
