Glad to see that you care enough to pass along what you've learned in this forum. I think better communication between TSA and the frequent flier community would go along way. I've met many fair, competent TSA officers who managed to be totally professional in the course of doing their job. The officers who over enjoy and/or abuse power are the ones who are giving the TSA a bad name.
