DHS Report: X-rays don't detect explosives

as I was going through security a week ago in NRT and waiting for my bag to go through the x-ray ... I saw the "liquid check machine" they use and wanted so badly to take a picture of it to send to our friend Kip with this little note... "This is what you need dingleberry... they are out there, being used, go get some instead of wasting our time with all these hassles"

Perhaps someone could staple such a picture to Idiot Hawley's forehead? Maybe he'll figure it out that way.
