XMas in August

Me and my girlfriend are just back from SFO.
We "salvaged" from the bins outside security:

- 2 bottles of Perrier-Jouet "Belle Epoque"
- 1 Armani spray "for him"
- 2 Armani spray "for her"
- 5 cans of applesauce
- Various bottles of Napa's Cabernet
- 2 lbs. (approx.) of Estee Lauder Anti-Aging Serum
- Lifetime supply of toothpaste and shampoo

You guys should better hurry up. Like us, many other people with lots of free time were roaming the departure areas. Guess until travellers wisen up there will be a good supply of the good stuff.

When that stuff has been thrown in the bins doesn't it become government property? Isn't it a felony to steal government property?
(plus, the contents are probably classified, SSI, since it will compromise our security if the terrorists know what people carry).

It ought to be a felony for the government to steal it from us as travelers in this way, that's for sure.
