Of course I am sure the "bad guys" would not know what the SSSS meant and would not do the same.
Back in the time after 9/11 when it was done at the gate my wife got it and I didn't. Not only could I have carried any contraband had I not already been at the limit, but the reality is we can't tell our carry-ons apart ourselves--the security guy was a little puzzled at a man's electric razor in "her" bag.
