Yes, but the math was off by a factor of one thousand, so perhaps eyecue will reconsider his opinion on the matter? Indeed, if it really were $12B, and someone responded, stating, "I have a way to do this for a thousandth of the cost" I assume that a rational individual would say, "okay, tell me about it."
