It occurs to me--perhaps the flag is being cleared but some system keeps seeing the DV charge and recreating it.

@wallop -- didn't we already have this exact discussion just two months ago? You just got approved for Global Entry, but as you know, reports indicate that you need three secondary screenings before you can request the needed 'demotion' of the flag in a Trusted Traveler Program office.

makes sense, is there a way I can stop it being recreated?
