Question Can I travel with liquid oxygen drops in carry on?

Can I travel with liquid oxygen drops in carry on? If not, how about checked in luggage?
The liquid oxygen is this at amazon. It's 4oz each bottle.

Two things.

One, they're 4 ounces, so they are over the official limit.

The question asked by the OP was whether "Liquid Oxygen" drops can be taken in carry on luggage.

The question has nothing to do with whether that product is legitimate or not. In any event, such discussion would belong in OMNI. Posts discussing the legitimacy of this product have been deleted.

Since the this is a liquid that comes in 4 oz. bottles, it does not come within the TSA liquids rule unless it is repackaged in smaller containers or deemed to be medically necessary. In addition, since Liquid Oxygen supplement contains hydrogen peroxide, it may be considered to be hazardous material by the TSA.
