Check with Indo embassy. Maybe you get a transfer visa?
You are for sure changing terminals in Jakarta so have to go through immigration. Air Asia lands at T3 and Eva probably departs from T2.
You cannot walk between the terminals, but there is a free shuttle bus.

Better yet - do what the airline employees do before they decide to let you fly or not, use IATA TimaticWeb: http://www.staralliance.com/en/servi...sa-and-health/
That way you are not relying on an Internet website and its denizens
to tell you something that might be incorrect. Have a good, safe trip.
We'll move this to the appropriate forum as well, since this is not an airline question.
