Date of birth mismatch problems?
I'm curious if any of you have discovered that your date of birth was entered incorrectly into a ticket or an airline account. Did you fly with this wrong date of birth in your record? Did it cause you any problems?
I ask because I recently discovered that a client of mine - one for whom I've been booking travel for about a year - has a wrong date of birth in one of his airline profiles. This has not caused him a single issue.
So much for TSA vaunted crackdown on having accurate dates of birth. He even used PreCheck with this piece of bad data.
What have your experiences been?

I put the wrong birthday for my wife's Global Entry application. She was not able to get PreCheck initially, until we figured it out with the help of SFO United Club. Had to get it changed, which meant another online application followed by another visit to a GE office to retake her picture. (We needed a new GE card for an upcoming trip to New Zealand.) She was very understanding.
By the way, the UC CS agents were able to change her birthday to match the incorrect GE version temporarily, and she was able to use PreCheck that trip.
