picture on GE slip problem
About 5 months ago, GE (at JFK T8 AA) was using a "wide angle camera lens", and my picture came out correctly on the slip.
On my last two uses of GE (at T8), I saw my face on the screen, but on the GE slip, only the top of my head appeared--on exiting I showed my pp photo page to the agent and there was no problem.
I'm (not that tall) 5'6", I'm probably (now) standing at the wrong spot, where should I be standing? (Help!)

On your toes....
If the top of your head is showing then you're in the frame but just not high enough up into the field.

I've always used the camera image on the screen to judge where to stand. (In other words, if I can't see my entire face on the screen, I move myself until I can.)
If your face is showing correctly on the screen but isn't printing that way on the paper, it sounds like the kiosk is off and needs to be adjusted.
