Missing Madrid Stamp
I flew into Madrid a few days ago Through Switzerland and there wasn't passport control anywhere. I literally just walked through customs and out of the airport.
Is that normal? Will I have trouble exiting Madrid to Germany?

Where did you fly in from? If from outside the Schengen zone, you would have encountered Swiss immigration (and customs). Otherwise, Switzerland, Spain and Germany are in the Schengen zone so you generally will not see any immigration and/or customs when travelling between these countries.

Madrid to Germany is intra-Schengen travel so fixed passport and customs checks don't exist.

Switzerland and Spain are both part of the Schengen area so no passport control. In theory your bags should be subject to customs checks on arrival in Spain, but very often they aren't or there's no-one there.
Madrid to Germany is also intra-Schengen so no passport control and no customs either, as both are in the European customs union.

Nothing to worry about because :

Right, there is no stamp. He will be just fine. All he can go anywhere in Europe. He can across the borders. Only EU can go through the borders, but not in USA. Because they doesn't needs a stamp anymore. Only at airport. If he exiting from passport control. If he leave from EU.
