Angry TSA Problems in FLL

Yesterday I was with Jimcfsus getting ready for a non-stop flight to Charlotte. We were passing through security and me and jimcfsus were separated into 2 different lanes, Lanes 1 and 4. Also, there was a family in lane 1 that were honestly in my opinion "holding up the line". So it took me about 2 minutes more to pass through security than him. My Problem with this is, 1. I am 11 2. I was sent three lanes over. Last Sunday when we were leaving Charlotte, we were separated only one lane, which was fine with both of us. Honestly, what are these people thinking

Since this is the "Practical Travel Safety Issues" forum, I'd suggest your dad advise TSA in the future "That's my son -- you won't be separating us." You're also perfectly entitled to say "I'll stay with my traveling companion" as well.

The rest of the complaint is perfectly justifiable, but might be more appropriate for the debate forum.

Welcome to Flyertalk.

Did you ask to stay with your dad?

I'm guessing you did not and they were just shuttling people into lanes. Next time insist that you stay with your father, they probably won't have any issue at all with it.

I assume you were flying out of E concourse. The line for the family lane is sometimes longer, but it is almost always a SDOO and almost always the scanners are shut OFF! If you use E concourse, proceed through the farthest queue line and you will be shuttled straight into lane 1, no questions asked. The other two queues go into all the other lanes. The only way to GUARANTEE your line is to go through lane 1 and it is the family lane and is usually SAFE!

other than that, TSA in FLL sucks!

I think they will firing all TSA at FLL. The behavior is not acceptable. They can't be wait for more than 10 minutes. You should get file complaint to TSA. If you want to write email to TSA. I suggest if you want email to the mayor at [email protected] and he will banned the scanner. It's time to removed the scanner. They had a many chance.

It would not matter in the least if they fired every TSO in FLL, MIA or PBI and tried to replace them. When your labor pool is 100% SFRs - South Florida Retards - you get what you get 100% of the time.

If you're sharp enough to be posting on FT as an 11 year old.. I'll bet you did just fine in that line by yourself.

gofaresboy & his dad are very good friends of mine & I'm sure he did fine. I've also explained to them not to ever let TSA keep them apart as well as filing a complaint, but I don't have much faith in complaints.
