Global Entry in ATL
Does the new TSA/GE experiment in ATL apply to those arriving from overseas or is it strictly for those originating in ATL?

I passed through ATL last month, and there was no Pre-check scanning or line. However, one of the re-screening lanes is wtmd only, so i just went through that lane.
