I am not sure whether this is the right place to post this, so apologies if I have got it wrong.

The other day I went through security at FRA with my 6-year old daughter. She apparently set off the metal detector and was immediately searched, both with a wand and by lifting up her dress and feeling round the edge of her panties. All this while I was still waiting to go through the metal detector myself. After I complained I was screamed at by one of her colleagues and threatened with missing my plane and a fine for lying.

I have written a complaint, but I know that if I just send it via the complaints form on the FRA web-site, nothing is going to happen. Does anybody have the email address of someone further up the food chain?
