"Off Topic" comments at PV

"Off Topic" comments at PV
Perhaps this has been addressed previously and I missed it, but has anyone noticed that the "Off Topic" comments thread has moved off the front page at PV and now has to be accessed via a link?

When did this happen?

I am seeing Off Topic and others that had moved off the front page back on the first page.

Example, the Breast Milk thread moved off the front page after the new Shoe thread posted.

You are correct and I am wrong. It is now the 7th thread down the page and I apparently scrolled past it several times.

Maybe the mods would consider closing this thread.
