What happens when immigration officer doesn't even open your passport when exiting?

I got it upon request and because such request irritated the CBSA lady (she had to do some actual physical work), I also got a stay expiration in exactly one week handwritten under the stamp. Hello all,
I had a long stay visa to France and on my out from France the immigration officer didnot stamp my passport as he said i had Carte De Sejour or something. I insisted but he didnot stamp saying its not required. Then i was back to Asia relocating for my work. Now i will be back in EU in Amstredam for some meetings. I wanted to know if somebody experienced the same situation and will there be any problems on reentry. I am a Non EU Citizen
