Do they remove the WTMD?
After your airport is converted do all the WTMD get taken away? Or do they keep them for backup? What happend when the NoS breaks down. (I.E. Terminal A in IAH each checkpoint only has one)
I went through Terminal A security at IAH and the NoS isn't operational yet. The Pax infront of me asked the clerk what the big deal was about the new patdowns and explained it in a very simple way and noted the patdown would have stopped the underwear bomber.
Anyway she then said if you didn't go through the NoS they would put you through the WTMD and then you'd get a patdown. That seems inconsistant with what I've heard in these threads.
