Does anyone else feel, as I do, that TSA will limit the number of people being forced into the NOS on National Opt Out day to make it appear that it is not a big deal? Call me cynical--it's better than being called a Pissy-Nappy.

They would still have the same percentage of opt-outs, which (hopefully) would be higher than normal.
