Is it just me or does the anger seem to be building all over in the past 2-3 weeks?

I actually had to take a break for a week or so because it is so difficult for me to confront an issue I feel so strongly about - I had to regain my mental health. But I, no we, cannot back down. Take breaks but keep coming back. STAY ANGRY. We can do something about this.

I don't think it is just you. After my grope Friday night, I was tempted to shred my boarding pass in the Admirals Club. I kind of unloaded on the AAngel a bit. It seems to me that every time I fly, some new ridiculous procedure has been adopted.
Going back to the original topic, if one brought a printer for a conference or something, there is now no allowed way to take it back home? Hundreds of dollars of equipment confiscated without compensation? Tossing out $10 bottles of contact solution is bad enough (I use the peroxide kind). I had to toss a pair of contact lenses back when liquids were first banned and my luggage got delayed and there was no open pharmacy nearby at 3 am. At that time, there was no baggie allowed. It was the trip from heck.
This is beyond out of control.

TSA has transcended their image of a bunch of annoying barkers & bullies. With the strip searches & gropes, die Transportsturmabteiling has suddenly made it very personal.

Are airlines/security agencies in other parts of the world banning the transporation of toner cartridges? I ask because I bought a new printer a month ago with some cartridges (way less than 16oz each) and am wondering if I am going to have problems transporting them from Bulgaria to Cyprus.

Those TSA screeners have gone too far.
File a claim with the TSA, file a police report, complain to your elected officials and the CEO of the airline involved.

I will peruse this to the end and report back. TSA aid take the printer and do with it what you want. One had the tenacity suggesting it be stored in terminal 1's storage (for two months..... ) which would cot far more than the printer, and of course put all the people there at risk. The amazing fact is that the cartridges of the printer were permitted to fly, a the were in the other checked bag and TSA's competence overlooked them (they were much less than 13oz.
