Bill of Rights

Did something quaint tonight. I wanted to look up organizations whose mission was serving the interests of airline consumers. As I was typing in airline passengers, that instant google feature dropped "airline passengers rights" in my lap. Click on the first hit and got this:

Anyone heard of this organization? I wonder what they have to think about scanners, secondary searches, etc.
