TSA: They've gone off the rails
Excellent news report on TSA. They're removing people's clothing in PUBLIC to search 16-year-old girls and 71-year-old men.

The 2nd link discusses toddlers/young children and TSA. It shows a reporter's 3 y/o child melting down while the TSA attempts to screen her becase she set off the WTMD.

Cops and video tape
That youtube posting (above) shows a man trying to record some incident at LAX. The TSA agent tells him that he must turn off the camera.
The cops in my city (and many other places) now have dashboard-mounted cams in their cruisers to record all interactions with the public. There's a reason for this. It helps settle disputes when court cases get into he said/she said.
Before police recruits can graduate out of the academy, they're required to take a civil liabilities course and in that course, they are counseled - by their own city attorneys - to BEHAVE AS THOUGH all of their actions, reactions and words are being taped because chances are good that they ARE being taped.
That's the rub. These TSA agents are NOT police, and they do not have this legal training that is required of real cops.

TSA: They've gone off the rails
On the "Organized Resistance" thread, Boggie Dog posted this youtube video showing a bystander trying to record an incident at LAX. The TSA agent tells him that he must turn off the camera.

And there's this: TV News reporting on TSA removing people's clothing in PUBLIC to search a 71-year-old man and grope a 16-year-old girl.

Where and when is this going to stop? Their authority is constantly expanding and their behavior is becoming ever more egregious.
Those of us who believe that our constitutional rights should be protected and preserved are outnumbered and it seems that the vox populi will tolerate *any* search and seizure "as long as we stay safe."
Where does this end?

Hmm, all kind of stuff on YouTube I've never seen before.
Supervisiory screening clerk sleeping in LNS.
Dancing screening clerk at the checkpoint.
Screening clerks out on the town. "Trans in the house, y'all!"

The following I read on internet last week.
A female TSA was writting a blog on internet. She was told by her supervisors to stop doing it.
Before she quite she wrote this incident.
She had a female traveller who she had to pat down.
The woman was wearing a tanktop and a pair of pants. Something went of in the metal detector.
This traveller was very helpfull when she was told to stand still while she got frisked.
Before the TSA could do anything this woman she "I will help you out and make your job easier". And then she pulled up her top and showed that she didnt hide anything.
While the TSA started to tell her that she couldnt do that. The woman pulled down her pants.
All this in public.
TSA got speachless and didnt really say or do anything after that.
