Silver thread socks and the Nude-O-Scope?
Recently I have seen some socks woven with silver threads for diabetics, sensitive feet and for athletes. The concept is the silver combats microbial formation, thus fighting foot order, and helps to keep the feet at a constant temperature. Some socks actually have silver threads while others use silver nanoparticles or silver ionized threads. There is also some clothing available that is said to block electromagnetic frequencies.
If anyone has worn this type of sock through the so called airport "nude-o-scope", would be interested in what the reaction was from TSA.
