In a sudden loss of cabin pressure......

.........would my Air Nike's and inflatable neck pillow explode violently? Now I'm worried.

No. You might feel a popping sensation in your Air Nikes, but you'll be busy having a personal accident or whatever people do when their airplanes decompress and dive to 10,000 feet. Your neck pillow was made in China and will deflate. Do not confuse it with the oxygen bag that doesn't inflate.

I disagree, the neck pillow will "inflate" and might spring a leak due to the differential pressure between the cabin pressure and slightly inflated pressure in the neck pillow. As the cabin pressure decreases, the differential increases and the pillow will "blow up). I don't know if this is enough to cause the pillow to "pop".
