personally, i would follow SATTSO's advice as even tho your condition appears to be rapidly clearing, it is, as you put it, "mysterious" and without knowing what it is and airport floors not being, for lack of better terms, clean and sanitary , you would not want anything to "re-trigger" your condition. play it safe and do not remove your shoes. just my two hockey pucks
