Sadly:

"Race car hottie Danica Patrick made her NASCAR Nationwide Series debut today, but she didn't make it to the checkered flag -- a wreck on lap 68 knocked her out of the race."

There will be other races.

Only if they translate into: "Kill all the infidels" Then they might be prohibited.

Even then they would be protected speech under the First amendment. My father served, I served, my brother served, my son serves today and we all served to protect free speech, even odious free speech, against government censorship.

We should not fear the government. The government should fear the people as the government is there to do the bidding of the people, not the other way around.

I pray that your son and all of our sons and daughters return home safely.

Actually, there is very good correlation between being a nascar fan and attributes such as the one you mentioned.

Does anybody know the case number for this case? I've been looking on PACER and can't find it.

Here is the PDF of the complaint, maybe it will help you nail it down. http://www.aclu.org/files/assets/tsa...t_20100210.pdf

I got so tired of hearing about Danica, it about ruined the race for me. The hype reminds me of the midget playing baseball.

Thank God she is not running today.

I have not been able to find it either. I believe it was filed on a snow day followed by another snow day followed by a holiday followed by another holiday.

We arrived at 8am and left at 1015pm. Security was a breeze even with liquids WAY OVER the limits. Race went well until the track repair issue. I think it was a ploy to have folks buy more liquids.

That's what I was using to try to find it. I think Ari is right: it just hasn't made it into the system yet due to snow and holidays.
