Forgotten bag

"Officials reached the bag's owner about the same time the bag was determined to be harmless. The owner had landed in Duluth Friday morning, and forgotten the bag. The luggage and its owner have been reunited."

How does someone forget a bag?

A Duluth Transit Authority bus was sent to house evacuees outside the airport, which was then blocked off.
A transit bus housed the evacuees? How many people were evacuated?

I guess there is someone to thank there for having a brain : the bags wasn't exploded, no terminal was dumped, and no F-16 sent to fly over and around the dangerous bag. Given the current standard response, it's outstandingly smart.

Saw that too.

We could dig into the time of day, and what flights were immenent, yet best guess would be a half-filled small-commuter.
