NEXUS card Problems at POE
Hi
I am a NEXUS user since past 1 year at mainly Buffalo, Niagara POEs. Since last month, going to Canada i never have a issue using my nexus iris scan at toronto airport but whenever i come back to states by buffalo or naiagra border, as soon as i hand the agent my card, they swipe it and then take me inside. On asking, they said your nexus card is not working or something and we will email the nexus people. Then they ask some questions after seeing my passport and let me go. I am a USC. Has anyone ever faced a problem with nexus card? Like bieng stopped and taken inside for questioning even with NEXUS clearence?
