SprintPCS/NW program..REJECTED!?

SprintPCS/NW program..REJECTED!?
I called to sign up for the FF program after I got my SprintPCS phone. NO problem, they said. 6+ months later. NO credit.
I called again and heres the story I got, take a seat, guys.. :
SprintPCS: My cell phone program is NOT eligible for the program because I have a $125 spending limit on my cell phone account. And that's because my credit check (I have prefect credit rating, PREFECT!!!). This is not something I can look up either. According to the rep (she was ok) I was speaking to this just a condition they should told me about when I first called to sign up for it.
