Divorce can be bitter
The inside back cover of the June InsideFlyer magazine is an ad for MCI WorldCom which indicates that ''Only MCI WorldCom gives you the opportunity to participate in the frequent flyer programs of every major U.S. airline...'' and displays the tail logos of American, Continental, Delta, Hawaiian, Midwest Express, Southwest, United and US Airways. I guess, with the divorce, they no longer consider Northwest a major U.S. Airline.

I'd be curious to know the circumstances that led to that "divorce."

That divorce is also responsible for that major battle for FF's that got all you US residents those 25,000 miles for switching back and forth. And how many of you added 2nd, 3rd, 4th lines for that one? Wish I was back in the US, I'd be campaigning strong to get AT&T to join the battle, maybe the next round would be 50,000.... How many new area codes would be necessary for that one I wonder.
